Interior design isn’t my first rodeo. I spent 10 years as a communications and marketing strategist for nonprofits, foundations, film festivals, and government agencies. But I knew something was missing, so I made a major career pivot.

Take a look at some of my work and let me know what you think. My design philosophy doesn’t come from a singular experience or aesthetic. It stems from my life experiences: a stint in Southeast Asia, my family heritage in Appalachia, many years living in small city apartments, and an affinity for all things antique.

In addition to my studies, I’m a content strategist for hire. I help social change and arts organizations tell their stories via the written word and outreach.
